Meet the Elder
Elder Rick H. Carter is the CEO, President and Founder of Rick H. Carter Ministries in Houston, Texas, a non-denominational, evangelical and outreach ministry. He is dedicated and committed to the service of the Lord and received his calling in 1989.
As a licensed minister, Elder Carter received his Certificate of Ordination in 2014 from In-Time Harvest University, Chaplain’s License (2017) and Bachelor’s of Pastoral Counseling (2018). Upon studying counseling for his Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling, Elder Carter’s desire to help people with mental health issues grew, seeing there was a great need and knowing that education, counseling, and the Word of God was truly needed for deliverance.
Rick H. Carter Ministries airs on television with the “Seeds of Faith” series, a series of topical based sermons. As the ministry grows, “Seeds of Faith” productions will expand to include more television sermons, audio, and eventually play productions. The ministry currently posts articles and topics of discussions concerning mental health on Facebook. Rick H. Carter Ministry’s vision is to expand further to reach world-wide to save souls and deliver the Word of God.

Ministry on the Move
Face-to-face implementation of the Word by Elder Rick H. Carter delivered through thought-provoking and inspiring sermons based upon the Word of God. Panel discussions and faith-based workshop presentations available for specific topics of faith-based and community interest. Sermons are visually supported with pictures and texts so that all viewers can understand the Word for spiritual growth and edification. "Seeds of Faith" Television Broadcast
Relevant, comprehensive, entertaining and easy-to-understand televised sermons that simplify the Word of God. These sermons discuss topics that relevant to individual spiritual growth and the edification of the body of Christ. Sermons are visually supported with pictures and texts so that all viewers can understand the Word for spiritual growth and edification.

Our Mission is dedicated, focused, and committed to the following:
- The empowerment and equipping of Christians with the understanding of God’s word that culminates in their personal growth and maturity.
- To inspire those that do not know Jesus Christ in the pardon of their sins, and do not have a relationship with God to be reconciled through salvation.
- To teach and exemplify reliance on God through an exuberant prayer life where rhema is revealed to Christians by God, and logos (written) word in the Bible.
- To continually lift up the name of Jesus and to let praise to God for him be a constant in ministry and in the perfecting of the saints.
Evangelism
Our purpose in Evangelism is to empower all believers in the Body of Christ through the Word. The Word says that God has given every one of us gifts of the Spirit. Believers must first acknowledge the gift and then learn to use and operate in the Gifts according to his mighty working power. We must then raise up, edify, and buildup the Body of Christ (1 Cor. 12: 7-14). As we learn to identify these gifts and use them, (speaking in tongues, prophesy, healing, and many others) we will see the miraculous move of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
